Frequently Asked Questions

1. When will my order ship?

We usually process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

2. How can I track my order?

You can visit our Track Your Order page and enter your order number and email to see the status.

3. Do you accept returns?

We only accept returns in the case of defective or damaged items. Please send a photo of the item and your order number to support@fedorazeno.com for assistance.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not been processed yet, we can help you change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@fedorazeno.com.

5. Where do you ship from?

All products are shipped from our US-based warehouse for fast delivery across the United States.

6. What if I received a damaged item?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please send us a photo of the damaged item and your order number at support@fedorazeno.com, and we’ll send a free replacement.

7. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the United States.
